Welcome to ARISTO
ARISTO is a webtool which takes an Electron-Impact Mass Spectrum (typically the result of a GC-MS acquisition) and provides some hints as to the chemical nature of the underlying compound, in the form of a list of probable ChEBI entries (rather than a specific, complete chemical structure).
The system takes a nominal mass spectrum (i.e. pairs of integers representing mass and intensity, one per line) and returns a graphical representation of the currently supported ontology, color-coded by score, along with a more detailed table which also reports additional information (e.g. probability of correct annotation).
The system is free, open to all and does not require registration of any sort.
